Partner Kyle J. Keller and Associate Aron Minkoff Featured in The Citizens’ Voice Article “Injured residents file lawsuit against B’Nai B’rith Apartments over ‘careless smoking’ fire”

On March 5, 2025, Kyle J. Keller’s and Aron Minkoff’s lawsuit against B’Nai B’rith Apartments in Wilkes Barre, PA, was featured in The Citizens’ Voice. Keller and Minkoff filed a joint complaint with Anzalone and Doyle Trial Lawyers on behalf of three victims of a fire at the B’Nai B’Rith Apartments. Their client, the plaintiff, suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of the fire, which was caused by a second-floor resident who fell asleep smoking a cigarette.
