On February 4, 2025, John Baldante was featured in the New Jersey Law Journal article “$11M Sexual Abuse Settlement Reached Amid Dispute With Insurers.” The article discusses the five plaintiffs, one of whom was represented by John Baldante, who were abused by now-deceased woodshop teacher Frederick Burkley. The abuse occurred while the plaintiffs were students at Edison High School in New Jersey from 1979 to 1985.
