Historic Victory at the New Jersey Supreme Court for Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse

Today, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled in favor of four Baldante & Rubenstein clients and held in an historic decision that public entities in New Jersey may be held vicariously liable for acts of child sexual abuse committed by their employees and agents. Attorneys John Baldante and Gabriel Magee are proud and honored to have fought this battle for over six years on behalf of our clients.
This decision will have a massive, positive impact upon the ability of survivors of sexual abuse in New Jersey to hold these institutions accountable.
