Stacy brings unwavering dedication to her practice of advocating for victims and survivors of trauma.

She specializes in personal injury and sexual abuse civil litigation, with particular expertise in childhood sexual abuse cases. Throughout her legal career, she has successfully litigated thousands of cases and brings extensive trial experience to every matter.

Before joining Baldante & Rubenstein, Stacy served as a supervising attorney with The City of Philadelphia's Law Department and previously held the position of managing attorney for a prominent plaintiff's personal injury firm's Pittsburgh office. Her prosecutorial foundation was built during nine and a half years as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, where she advanced through positions of increasing responsibility within the Trial Division.

Stacy's exceptional service in the District Attorney's office earned her recognition from victim advocate groups, including the Justice Advocate Recognition Award and the Community Safety & Public Dedication Award—both honoring her dedication to Philadelphia's citizens.

In 2018, Stacy expanded her global perspective on justice through a Rotary Peace Fellowship at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. Selected as one of 23 fellows from a worldwide competition, she studied peace and conflict resolution alongside colleagues from sixteen countries and completed field studies in Aceh, Indonesia, and Northern Thailand.

This diverse background—combining prosecutorial experience, civil litigation expertise, and international peace studies—uniquely positions Stacy to serve clients with both legal acumen and deep understanding of trauma's impact on individuals and communities.
