Our Team

Kyle J. Keller is an accomplished trial lawyer who focuses his practice on representing clients who have suffered serious and/or catastrophic injuries from motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, trip/fall accidents, slip/fall accidents, defective products, and/or various other personal injury accidents.

Kyle began his legal career defending personal injury claims brought against large corporations and billion-dollar insurance companies. Since joining Baldante Rubenstein more than fourteen years ago, however, Kyle has successfully utilized his vast knowledge and experience in defending personal injury claims to recover tens of millions of dollars for his personal injury clients.

Kyle has annually been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, a distinction reserved for only the top 5 percent of all Pennsylvania attorneys. As a younger attorney, Kyle was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for eight consecutive years, a distinction reserved for only the top 2.5 percent of Pennsylvania attorneys 40 years old and younger.

Kyle received his B.A. in Criminal Justice in 2001 from Monmouth University and his J.D. in 2005 from Rutgers University School of Law. During law school he interned with the Honorable Lee B. Laskin, J.S.C., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden County. Upon graduating law school, he served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Kane, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, Atlantic County. Licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Kyle is also admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Kyle is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ), Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA), Philadelphia Bar Association and Camden County Bar Association.

Kyle is very involved in his community as a Board Member of the Voorhees Township Sports & Recreation Board, a Board Member of the Voorhees Swim Club, a Board Member of Marlton Hockey, and annually serves as a Coach for Marlton Hockey and various sports programs in Voorhees Township.
