Jamie Hutchinson is a senior associate in the firm's Sex Abuse practice. Jamie brings over 13 years of litigation and investigative experience to Baldante & Rubenstein, with a proven track record as a skilled trial attorney and former senior prosecutor. Barred in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Jamie has handled a broad spectrum of complex criminal and civil matters throughout her career, from homicide and racketeering prosecutions to employment disputes and family law litigation.

Before joining the firm, Jamie served most recently as an Assistant Prosecutor in Burlington County’s Major Crimes Unit, where she led high-profile investigations involving homicides, gang-related violence, and bias crimes. She worked closely with federal and local law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, ATF, and U.S. Marshals Service, and was recognized with awards from the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office and the Muslim American Law Enforcement Association for her work in prosecuting violent crimes, and a specific bias crime case. Jamie also served as a senior trial attorney in the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, where she handled complex cases involving child sexual assault, gun violence, cyber crimes, and domestic violence, and was a certified instructor at the Camden County Police Academy.

Jamie’s earlier experience includes private practice roles at regional law firms, where she litigated matters in family, labor, and administrative law and conducted Title IX investigations. She has tried numerous jury and bench trials and advised clients across multiple legal disciplines.

Jamie received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey, where she was a member of the Hunter Moot Court and Election Protection Group, and a volunteer with both the Voters’ Rights Project and the Children’s Justice Clinic, reflecting a longstanding commitment to public service and advocacy.

She began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Angelo J. DiCamillo in the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division.

When not litigating, Jamie enjoys traveling when she can, attending Phillies games, and spending time with family.
