$3 Million Child Sexual Abuse Settlement Against Ewing Township Board of Education
Partners John Baldante and Daniella Price secured a $3 million settlement for their client against the Ewing Township Board of Education in New Jersey and Raymond Miller, a grammar school custodian who sexually abused the client. John and Daniella also settled a case on behalf of JC Doe against the same school district and perpetrator seven months ago for a settlement value of $1.5 million.
